We are an American University organization dedicated to empowering female-identifying students. Our mission is to provide members with events that inspire, educate, and uplift. We host panels of professionals, networking events, general body meetings, and treks into DC. We are open to students in every major or school at AU.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs
This event was a highlight during Women Entrepreneurship Week. This panel event focused on discussing the challenges women face in the workplace. It was followed by a networking session with several successful women entrepreneurs.
Entertainment Industry Brunch
Featuring speakers from the music, television, fashion, and sport industries. This panel provided insight about the inside workings of each industry as well as advice from notable professionals.
Work the Runway: Redefining the Corporate Dynamic
In collaboration with AU's Business Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, this event highlighted fashion in the workplace. It included a fashion show, brunch, and a networking session.
Personal Branding Workshop
Led by Sarah Lachapelle, this zoom event brought insight to developing and building your personal brand in a professional setting.
